When you subscribe to Proximedia's Internet package, you will benefit from a range of professional services, including:

 

Training

This is given when the computer is installed, and relates to the following aspects:

  • basic use of the PC,
  • introduction to the operating system: Windows environment, file manager, etc.
  • introduction to Internet Explorer: connecting, searching for sites, viewing them, etc.
  • introduction to electronic mail (e-mail): writing, sending and receiving e-mails.

 

Telephone technical support (Hotline or Helpdesk)

If you have a question about using the Internet or any other technical questions, you can contact our operators on 02/349.23.49 (5 lines) between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on working days.

If the problem cannot be resolved by telephone, they will arrange for an on-site call-out within 24 hours.

 

PC hire and installation

Our PCs are selected from among the major brands, have complete CD-ROM and modem configuration, and are compatible with your PC-Windows® applications.

We arrange for the equipment to be installed within 7 days of the contract being signed.

The basic configuration we provide you with will evolve continually depending on technological advances and the models available on the market.

 

On-site maintenance and repair

Call-outs to customers' premises are arranged within 24 hours, and carried out between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on working days.


 

Equipment guarantee

PCs are guaranteed parts and labour throughout the term of the contract, and are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy.
